Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the Point of Sale (POS) system and related services operated by PlusAgency (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Subion & Payments

  • Our POS system may be offered on a subion, license, or usage-based pricing model.

  • All prices, plans, and features are clearly communicated before purchase.

  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 No Automatic Refunds

  • Payments made for subions, licenses, setup fees, or custom services are non-refundable by default.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial usage, unused periods, or early cancellation.

2.2 Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate or incorrect payment due to a technical error

  • Service not activated after successful payment (verified by our team)

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.


3. Trial Period (If Applicable)

  • If a free or paid trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the system during the trial period.

  • No refunds will be issued after the trial period ends and a paid plan begins.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subion at any time from their account or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.

  • Access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No refund will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation.


5. Custom Development & Add-On Services

  • Fees paid for custom development, integrations, or feature customization are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once development work has started, cancellation will not result in any refund.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension or termination.

  • We encourage users to contact our support team to resolve payment issues before raising disputes with payment providers.


7. Taxes & Fees

  • Applicable taxes (including GST) and transaction fees are non-refundable.

  • Any bank or gateway charges incurred during refunds (if approved) may be deducted from the refunded amount.


8. Changes to Pricing or Policy

  • PlusAgency reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or this policy at any time.

  • Changes will not affect payments already completed unless required by law.


9. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
